Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, Sebastian grew up with a life of sports. As a competitive swimmer from the age of 10 years, Sebastian never stopped moving. His love for wellness, the human body, kinesiology and "fitness" developed and never stopped. With over 15 years experience - Sebastian has trained as a SPIN Instructor in Colombia, A Muy Thai Boxer, a personal trainer, Cross Fit Instructor and wellness coach. His approach to "personal training" is one of a way of life. A part of your day, essential for true wellness.
